Heal the Gut. Protect the Brain.
What if anxiety, brain fog, low mood, and even long-term cognitive decline weren’t just “in your head”…
but rooted in your gut?
In this powerful and eye-opening class, we’ll explore:
- Why “leaky gut = leaky brain”
• How gut inflammation drives anxiety and depression
• The microbiome’s role in neurotransmitters like serotonin & GABA
• The connection between gut health and long-term brain preservation
• Simple food and lifestyle shifts to protect your brain for decades to come
Your brain doesn’t exist in isolation.
It is deeply connected to your digestion, immune system, and daily food choices.
This class blends functional nutrition science with practical, chef-inspired strategies so you can:
Calm inflammation
Support your nervous system
Strengthen your microbiome
Build cognitive resilience for longevity
If you care about clear thinking, emotional steadiness, and protecting your brain as you age — this class is for you.

Week 1: Foundations of Nourishment
Nourish your body!
We begin by simplifying nutrition in a way that finally makes sense. In our nutrition discussion, you’ll learn how to build balanced meals that support steady energy, reduce cravings, and keep you feeling satisfied throughout the day. Why calories in and calories out alone is outdates.
You’ll watch a live cooking demonstration focused on simple, balanced meals—highlighting protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbohydrates—and how to bring them together with ease.
We’ll then sit down together to enjoy the meal, giving you the opportunity to experience what a truly balanced plate feels like in your body.
Clarity, confidence, and a new relationship with your plate.

During the cooking demo, we’ll prepare vibrant, anti-inflammatory dishes using herbs, spices, healthy fats, protein and colorful plant foods.
Then, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a meal that is both deeply nourishing and full of flavor.
