We’ll begin with gentle MELT-inspired movement and fascia work to help reduce tension, improve mobility, support lymphatic flow, and calm the nervous system. These simple techniques help hydrate connective tissue, improve circulation, and leave you feeling more grounded and refreshed in your body.

In the second half of the class, Functional Nutrition Practitioner Keri Buhman will explore what true hydration really means. Hydration is about much more than simply drinking more water or adding electrolytes. We’ll discuss the deeper factors that affect hydration at the cellular level — including minerals, blood sugar balance, protein intake, stress, inflammation, digestion, hormones, and nutrient status.
