Foundations of Functional Nutrition – FREE ZOOM CLASS
True wellness isn’t about quick fixes or the latest fad diet—it’s about building a strong foundation your body can rely on every single day.
In this free class, I’ll introduce you to the Five Foundations of Functional Nutrition:
-
Nutrient-dense whole foods — fuel your body with the building blocks it craves
-
Digestion — because you’re not what you eat, but what you absorb
-
Essential fatty acids — key for brain, hormones, and inflammation balance
-
Minerals — spark plugs for your metabolism and cellular health
-
Blood sugar balance — the cornerstone of steady energy and mood
As a Functional Nutrition and Restorative Wellness Practitioner (and chef at heart!), I’ll show you how these foundations connect—and how small, realistic changes can restore balance, improve energy, and support long-term health.
Join me on Zoom to learn how to nourish your body from the ground up—because when your foundations are strong, you can truly thrive.
After booking your spot you will receive and email with your zoom link!
Winter Detox: Support your Liver and Lymph Naturally
January 6th: 10:15am-11:45am
Marshall House 1301 Officer's RowWINTER DETOX: SUPPORT YOUR LIVER & LYMPH NATURALLY
A gentle, food-first, functional approach
CLASS OVERVIEW
This is a non-extreme, supportive class designed for people who feel sluggish, inflamed, puffy, or “stuck” after the holidays — but want to heal without cleanses, fasting, or restriction.
You’ll learn how the liver and lymphatic system actually detoxify, how those pathways get overwhelmed, and how simple, daily habits and nutrient-dense foods can reduce inflammation, support hormone balance, and improve digestion and energy.
This class naturally introduces the deeper detox insights
- liver burden from dysbiosis, LPS, pathogens
- beta-glucuronidase & estrogen recirculation
- bile flow + fat digestion
- detoxification markers
- gut → liver → immune system loop
You will leave with a 7-day detox menu with a shopping list and recipes.
$75 per person
Note: All classes are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person if you're unable to make it.
Tuesday, January 20th: 10:15am-11:45am
Marshall House

Are you tired all the time — no matter how early you go to bed, how clean you eat, or how much coffee you drink?
You’re not alone.
And more importantly—it’s not in your head.
Fatigue is your body’s early-warning signal. In functional nutrition, we look deeper than symptoms and uncover the actual patterns that drive exhaustion:
Thyroid sluggishness
Iron deficiency or iron “lock-up”
Mitochondrial (energy factory) stress
Gut dysbiosis releasing inflammatory toxins
Liver congestion from hormones + chemicals
Nervous system overdrive (“tired but wired”)
Hidden blood sugar swings
In this 90-minute class, you’ll learn how these patterns show up in your symptoms, your labs, your digestion, your hormones, and your day-to-day energy.
And — most importantly — you’ll learn how to support your body with food-first, root-cause strategies that help you feel like yourself again.
You’ll walk away with:
A Fatigue Pattern Quiz to identify YOUR root cause
A winter fatigue recipe bundle
Discount on my functional blood chemistry panel
This is your invitation to stop surviving — and start thriving.
Cost is $75
Note: All classes are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another person if you're unable to make it.
