Functional nutrition is a holistic (whole body) approach to nutrition that focuses on supporting the body's optimal function and addressing the root causes of health issues through personalized dietary and lifestyle changes that can work for you. It combines principles of traditional nutrition science with a deeper understanding of how nutrients interact with our unique genetic makeup, environment, and lifestyle factors that influence our optimal health.

When we work together, I believe you are the most knowledgeable person when it comes to your body and how it functions. I will send you comprehensive paperwork to fill out prior to our first meeting that I will read over, highlight areas of concern and ask additional questions before we get started with recommendations and actionable takeaways. We will work toward your specific health needs and goals to help you feeling better!
