Liver Health Workshop

Saturday, March 22nd: 10am-1pm 

This is a combination of lecture and cooking class. First bit of class is a lesson on all the ways to support your liver and all of it's 500 metabolic functions! Then we will have a cooking demonstration AND you will sit and enjoy a three-course lunch.

WIld salmon topped with a walnut and rosemary crust with garlicky greens
