In this demonstration-style class, you'll learn how to create:

Rainbow Salad – A vibrant celebration of summer vegetables featuring a colorful variety of fresh produce, crisp textures, and nutrient-rich ingredients that truly let the season shine.

Love Salad – A stunning combination of sweet berries and earthy beets, bringing together beautiful colors, fresh flavors, and powerful nutrition in every bite.

Sopranos Salad – Inspired by classic Italian deli flavors, this hearty salad features a robust red wine vinaigrette, savory meats, and bold Mediterranean-inspired flavors that make it a complete meal.

Throughout the class, Keri and Sarah will share preparation tips, make-ahead strategies, and simple ways to turn everyday ingredients into memorable meals. You'll learn how to build salads that are not only healthy but also deeply satisfying and worthy of the center of the table.

At the end of class, we'll gather together to enjoy all three salads as a leisurely summer meal while discussing ways to incorporate more seasonal produce into your weekly routine.
