In this class, we explore how chronic inflammation may be contributing to common symptoms like fatigue, joint discomfort, and brain fog—and what you can do about it.
You’ll learn which foods help calm inflammation and support your immune system, and which habits may be quietly fueling the fire.
During the cooking demo, we’ll prepare vibrant, anti-inflammatory dishes using herbs, spices, healthy fats, protein and colorful plant foods.
Then, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a meal that is both deeply nourishing and full of flavor.
