We begin by simplifying nutrition in a way that finally makes sense. In our nutrition discussion, you’ll learn how to build balanced meals that support steady energy, reduce cravings, and keep you feeling satisfied throughout the day. Why calories in and calories out alone is outdates.
You’ll watch a live cooking demonstration focused on simple, balanced meals—highlighting protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbohydrates—and how to bring them together with ease.
We’ll then sit down together to enjoy the meal, giving you the opportunity to experience what a truly balanced plate feels like in your body.
